Our StaffAnn McKechin MP is the Labour Member of Parliament for Glasgow North. As well as chairing the All Party Parliamentary Group for Debt, Aid and Trade, she also sits on the House of Commons International Development Committee. James Birch is the Coordinator for the All Party Parliamentary Group for Debt, Aid and Trade. He holds a BA Hons in Politics and Social Anthropology from the Queen's University of Belfast and is currently studying towards an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). He has previously worked within the Northern Ireland Government with NI-CO. He took over the position from Paul Kirby in November 2007. Janina Sanders is the Researcher of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Debt, Aid and Trade. She holds two Master Degrees in International Relations and in Communications from Free University of Berlin and Goldsmith College, London, respectively. She has previously worked as a researcher in the German Parliament and she completed assignments with the German Foreign Office and the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Waleed Khalid is the Consultant and Web Developer for the All Party Parliamentary Group for Debt, Aid & Trade. He completed his Masters Degree in Information Systems at London School of Economics (LSE). He has been actively involved in various United Nations Online Volunteering Projects and is the webmaster for www.thesufi.com, a popular site on sufism and self development.
